I just tasted wheat germ for the first time today and i loved it…
Here is my recipe…i can eat this day and night…”
Put some oil in pan and saute some onion and chilii…when it is browned…pour some water and mix salt into it…when water boils, add the wheat germ and let it cook and make it dry.
Adding carrots, beans, coriander leaves etc is another option….green chillies make it spicy…may be turmeric also can be added…for color and turmeric is supposed to fight against cancer.
